1. Position – Senior PHP Developer

Experience – 3 to 4 years

PHP Developer

Keyskills:Codeigniter/HTML/Javascript/CSS/JQuery/CorePHP/Database/PHP/PHP Developer/web developer/MVC/SQL/OOPS/ajax

Responsibilities-

1.Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
2.Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
3.Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
4.Integration of data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}}
5.Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Codigintor depending on your technology stack} (Must Have)
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
Understanding of MVC design patterns (Must Have)
Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript/Jquery (Must Have)
Knowledge in using MVC architecture and OOPs concepts to build scalable modular applications is a GOOD TO HAVE
Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions. (Must Have)
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds (Must Have)
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages (Must Have)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN.

2.Position- Business Development Manager

Experience – 6 to 7 Years

Job roles and responsibilities

The role of a Business Development Executive is to support the organization’s sales & growth efforts by subscribing to new customer acquisition. The fundamental role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include:
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Keep the prospective client database updated.
BD Manager
In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C field sales
Obtaining new clients through direct contact, negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive valuations
Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales.
Present product solutions virtually.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
Responsible for business development and sales of Electronics and Electrical Products through various mediums.
Competencies and Skills Required:
Must have interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
Ability to work under pressure

The sales professionals including field sales must have 6-7 years’ experience
You possess a Graduate Degree BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing, B.E/B.Tech from electrical and electronics background.
Prior experience within a B2B field sales would be preferred.
